Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about America's finest Wagyu and Northwest beef.
How is my order packaged for shipping?
All orders are shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure your meat arrives at the optimal temperature. We use high-density foam and eco-friendly liners to maintain the cold chain during transit.
Can I track my delivery status?
Yes, once your order has been processed and picked up by our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
What is the difference between American Wagyu and USDA Prime?
American Wagyu is a cross between traditional Japanese Wagyu and high-quality continental breeds. It offers a higher level of marbling and a more buttery texture than USDA Prime, which is the highest grade of standard domestic beef.
Does my meat arrive frozen or fresh?
Most of our products are blast-frozen at the peak of freshness to preserve flavor and texture. Some specific items may arrive chilled; please refer to the specific product description and handling instructions included in your box.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order such as damage or a delivery delay, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a resolution or refund.
How should I thaw my Snake River Farms beef?
For the best results, we recommend thawing your meat slowly in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. This allows the beef to retain its natural juices and ensures the best possible eating experience.
